Please read these Terms carefully. By using AllCorals you agree to be bound by them.
AllCorals is operated by AllCorals, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America ("AllCorals," "we," "us," or the "Platform"). AllCorals operates an online marketplace that connects coral hobbyists, breeders, and shops worldwide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of allcorals.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in via LINE or Google, listing a coral for sale, contacting another user, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and (if you list items for sale) our Seller Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
To use the Service you must:
Authentication is provided exclusively through LINE Login or Google OAuth. AllCorals does not collect or store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your underlying LINE or Google credentials, and AllCorals is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a breach of those third-party identity providers.
You may hold only one active account. Impersonation, account sharing, or use of another person's credentials without authorization is prohibited. You must keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
AllCorals is a venue and listing service only. We do not take title to any coral or other livestock, we do not warehouse goods, we do not process payments, and we do not ship.
All Transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller. Payments are arranged off-platform using methods agreed by the parties (such as bank transfer, peer-to-peer payment apps, or cash on collection). Logistics, packaging, courier selection, and delivery are exclusively the Seller's and Buyer's responsibility. AllCorals is not a party to any Transaction and assumes none of the rights, obligations, or risks of a buyer, seller, agent, broker, escrow, payment processor, or carrier.
Sellers may only list corals that they currently own and physically possess. Listings must accurately describe the item, including species, size, color, condition, and origin. Photos must depict the actual specimen being sold, taken within a reasonable time before listing; the use of stock images or photos sourced from other sellers, social media, or websites is prohibited.
Buyers should examine each Listing carefully and contact the Seller with any questions before purchase. Buyers acknowledge that descriptions, species labels, and AI-assisted classifications are provided by the Seller or generated automatically, and that AllCorals does not independently verify them.
You will not, and will not encourage any third party to:
The Service is currently in a Trial Phase during which no commission or listing fee is charged to Sellers. AllCorals reserves the right to introduce commissions, listing fees, or other charges in the future. Any such fees will be announced with at least 30 days' written notice by email and on-platform notification, and will not apply retroactively. Sellers may delist any item before fees take effect at no cost.
AllCorals and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the AllCorals name and logo, the AI species classifier, the trading-card generator, the website code, and all aggregated or anonymized marketplace data. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By submitting Content you grant AllCorals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, resize, watermark, adapt, generate trading cards from, and use the Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving the Service. This license continues for so long as the Content remains on the Service and, for promotional retrospectives only, after removal. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
AllCorals provides AI-assisted species and trade-name suggestions, including confidence scores, as a convenience feature only. These suggestions are derived from machine-learning models and are not a warranty of taxonomic accuracy. Sellers are solely responsible for the species labels applied to their Listings, and Buyers should independently verify identity before purchase. Any dispute arising from a misidentification is a matter between the Buyer and the Seller.
Because AllCorals does not ship and is not a carrier, all matters relating to packaging, courier selection, transit time, water quality during transit, live arrival, and dead-on-arrival ("DOA") outcomes are arranged exclusively between Buyer and Seller. Sellers are encouraged to publish a written live-arrival policy on each Listing, including any photographic evidence requirements (for example, a photo of the unopened bag within 2–3 hours of delivery), refund or replacement terms, and the courier they use.
AllCorals provides no live-arrival guarantee on behalf of any Seller and is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or death of livestock during transit. Risk of loss passes from Seller to Buyer in accordance with the parties' agreement; in the absence of a clear agreement, risk passes upon handover to the carrier.
Disputes arising from a Transaction are between the Buyer and the Seller. We strongly encourage parties to communicate in good faith and resolve the matter amicably first. AllCorals may, in its sole discretion and as a courtesy, review on-platform messages, Listing screenshots, and other available evidence to offer informal mediation, but AllCorals has no obligation to do so and cannot force a financial outcome because it does not hold the funds.
If informal mediation does not resolve the dispute, Users may pursue remedies through their local consumer-protection authority or the appropriate civil courts.
Buyers may leave reviews on Listings and Seller profiles. Reviews must be honest, based on a real Transaction, and free of hate speech, threats, or personal data of third parties. Manipulating reviews — including writing fake reviews, organizing review brigades, offering incentives for positive reviews, or retaliating against negative reviewers — is prohibited and may result in suspension. Sellers may respond to reviews publicly and professionally.
We may, in our sole discretion and with or without notice, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, the Seller Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of others, or if doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or other Users. You may close your account at any time through your account settings; certain data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. AllCorals does not warrant the accuracy of AI species identifications, the truthfulness of Listings, the conduct of any User, the quality of any coral, or the continuous availability of LINE Login or Google OAuth.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCorals's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees actually paid by you to AllCorals during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
In no event will AllCorals be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllCorals and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your Listings, Content, or Transactions; (iii) your violation of these Terms, the Seller Agreement, or any applicable law (including CITES, the U.S. Endangered Species Act, the Lacey Act, and any other wildlife, fisheries, customs, or import/export regulation that applies to you); (iv) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual-property rights in uploaded photos; and (v) any tax, customs, or regulatory liability you incur.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notice is provided by email and on-platform banner; minor clarifications or corrections take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Seller Agreement (if applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and AllCorals regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; AllCorals may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The English-language version of these Terms controls. Notices may be delivered electronically.
